Kettlebell Standing Calf Raise
Description
The kettlebell standing calf raise is performed standing with a kettlebell in each hand. By raising up onto the balls of the feet against the kettlebell load, you train the calves directly with progressive resistance. It is a strong choice for home training without a calf machine.
