Lever Standing Calf Raise Instructions

  1. Step into a lever standing calf raise machine.
  2. Position the shoulder pads firmly on your upper traps.
  3. Place the balls of your feet on the raised step with heels hanging off.
  4. Stand tall with knees slightly bent.
  5. Allow your heels to drop below the platform for a full stretch.
  6. Brace your core.
  7. Press up through the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as possible.
  8. Squeeze the calves at the top, then lower the heels back down with control.
