Band Foot Plantar Flexion Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with the working leg extended.
  2. Loop a resistance band around the ball of the foot.
  3. Hold the band ends with both hands.
  4. Brace your core and keep the leg straight.
  5. Point the foot downward against the band tension.
  6. Squeeze the calf hard at full plantar flexion.
  7. Return with control to the start.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
