Barbell Floor Calf Raise
Description
The barbell floor calf raise performs standing calf raises with a barbell across the back while standing on flat floor (no elevated step). Without a step, the range of motion is limited to the concentric portion only — you cannot stretch below neutral. It is a simple setup when no step is available.
