This exercise involves standing with a barbell on your shoulders and raising your heels off the ground to work your calf muscles. It is a great way to strengthen and tone your calves.

Barbell Standing Calf Raise Instructions
- Place a barbell on the back of your shoulders, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Slowly raise your heels off the ground, standing on your toes.
- Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower your heels back down to the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
