Barbell Standing Calf Raise Instructions

  1. Place a barbell on the back of your shoulders, standing with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Slowly raise your heels off the ground, standing on your toes.
  3. Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower your heels back down to the ground.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
