  3. Hold both ends of the strap with one hand.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Lift the working leg straight up in front.
  6. Pull the foot up toward the body using the strap.
  7. Keep the working knee straight throughout.
  8. Hold for the desired duration then switch sides.
