Lever Standing Leg Curl
Description
The lever standing leg curl is performed standing on a leverage machine designed for unilateral hamstring training. With one leg planted on the platform and the other behind a roller pad, you curl the working leg by flexing the knee. Single-leg work allows focused hamstring training and corrects imbalances.
