- Set up a smith machine bar at upper chest height.
- Step under the bar and place it on the upper back.
- Unrack the bar and step back.
- Set the feet shoulder width with knees softly bent.
- Brace your core and set the chest tall.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Lower until the torso is parallel to the floor.
- Drive the hips forward to stand back up squeezing the glutes.
