Lever Lying Single Leg Curl Instructions

  1. Position yourself face down on the lying leg curl machine.
  2. Place the back of your right calf against the roller pad.
  3. Grip the handles or the bench for stability.
  4. Brace your core and press your hips into the bench.
  5. Curl your right heel up toward your glute by bending the knee.
  6. Squeeze your right hamstring hard at the top.
  7. Lower the leg back down with control to a fully extended starting position.
  8. Complete reps on one leg, then switch.
