Lever Lying Single Leg Curl Instructions
- Position yourself face down on the lying leg curl machine.
- Place the back of your right calf against the roller pad.
- Grip the handles or the bench for stability.
- Brace your core and press your hips into the bench.
- Curl your right heel up toward your glute by bending the knee.
- Squeeze your right hamstring hard at the top.
- Lower the leg back down with control to a fully extended starting position.
- Complete reps on one leg, then switch.
