Feet and Ankles Rotation Stretch Instructions
- Sit on the floor or a chair with one leg crossed over the other.
- Hold the ankle of the top leg with one hand for support.
- Use the other hand to slowly rotate the foot in a full circle.
- Move the ankle through its complete range of motion.
- Complete several circles in one direction.
- Reverse and rotate the ankle in the opposite direction.
- Repeat the rotations on the other ankle.
- Continue rotations in both directions for each ankle.
