Band Single Leg Calf Raise

Band Single Leg Calf Raise

Description

The band single leg calf raise is performed standing on one foot on the middle of a resistance band, with the handles held at the shoulders. The single-leg setup doubles the load on the working calf. It is a great home calf builder when no calf machine is available.
