Description
The band single leg calf raise is performed standing on one foot on the middle of a resistance band, with the handles held at the shoulders. The single-leg setup doubles the load on the working calf. It is a great home calf builder when no calf machine is available.

Band Single Leg Calf Raise Instructions
- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with one foot.
- Hold a handle in each hand at shoulder level.
- Lift the other foot off the floor and balance on the working leg.
- Hold a wall or rack for balance if needed.
- Brace your core and keep your standing leg slightly bent.
- Press up onto your toes by lifting your heel high.
- Squeeze the calf hard at the top.
- Lower slowly back to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
