Cable Seated Foot Eversion

Cable Seated Foot Eversion

Description

The cable seated foot eversion is a small-range exercise that strengthens the peroneal muscles on the outside of the lower leg by turning the foot outward against cable resistance. It is commonly used in rehab settings for ankle sprains and lateral ankle stability. Strong peroneals reduce the risk of rolling the ankle.
