  1. Lie on one side on the floor.
  2. Place a foam roller under the outer lower leg.
  3. Stack the legs or stagger them for balance.
  4. Brace the body on the bottom forearm.
  5. Keep the upper body relaxed.
  6. Roll the outer lower leg slowly along the roller.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Cover from knee to ankle then switch sides.
