Description
The roll chest lying on floor is a self myofascial release drill for the chest. Lying face down with a foam roller under the pec and rolling slowly releases tightness that contributes to forward shoulder posture.

Roll Chest Lying on Floor Instructions
- Lie face down on the floor.
- Place a foam roller under one side of the chest near the shoulder.
- Extend the working arm out to the side.
- Brace the body on the other forearm.
- Keep the working chest relaxed over the roller.
- Roll the chest slowly over the roller.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the upper inner and outer chest then switch sides.
