Roll Chest Lying on Floor Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor.
  2. Place a foam roller under one side of the chest near the shoulder.
  3. Extend the working arm out to the side.
  4. Brace the body on the other forearm.
  5. Keep the working chest relaxed over the roller.
  6. Roll the chest slowly over the roller.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Cover the upper inner and outer chest then switch sides.
