Description
The roll biceps lying on floor is a self myofascial release drill for the front of the upper arm. Lying face down with a foam roller under the bicep and rolling slowly releases tightness from heavy curling and pulling work.

Roll Biceps Lying on Floor Instructions
- Lie face down on the floor.
- Place a foam roller under the front of one upper arm.
- Extend the working arm out to the side at shoulder height.
- Brace the body on the other forearm.
- Keep the working arm relaxed over the roller.
- Roll the bicep slowly over the roller.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the full upper arm then switch sides.
