Description

This exercise involves two athletes sitting on the ground with their feet against a board and a stick placed between them. The goal is to use strength and technique to pull the stick out from the opponent's grip and win the match. It requires a combination of upper body and core strength, as well as balance and coordination.

Strongman Mas Wrestling Instructions

  1. Find a partner who is willing to participate in the StrongMan MAS Wrestling exercise with you.
  2. Set up the MAS Wrestling board by placing it on a flat surface and securing it in place.
  3. Stand facing your partner on opposite sides of the board, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on the stick in the center of the board.
  4. On the count of three, both partners should try to pull the stick towards themselves, attempting to make their opponent lose their balance and fall off the board.
  5. The winner is the person who remains on the board while their opponent falls off.
  6. Repeat the exercise for a set number of rounds or until one partner is too fatigued to continue.
  7. Cool down by stretching your muscles and hydrating with water.
