Strongman Mas Wrestling
Description
Mas wrestling is a traditional strength sport where two opponents sit facing each other with feet braced against a board, gripping a stick between them. On the signal, each pulls the stick toward themselves. The winner either takes the stick or pulls the opponent over the board. It tests full-body pulling strength.

- Two opponents sit facing each other on the floor with feet braced against a dividing board.
- Both grip a sturdy stick (mas wrestling stick) between them.
- On the signal, each athlete pulls the stick toward themselves.
- Win by pulling the stick from the opponent or pulling them over the board.
- Use full-body pulling — legs drive against the board, back and arms pull.
- Maintain grip at all costs.
- This is a traditional sport from Yakutia (Sakha Republic, Russia).
- Practice with a training partner and proper equipment.
