- Lie on one side with a foam roller under the back of the upper arm.
- Set the bottom arm extended overhead.
- Stack the legs for balance.
- Brace the body on the bottom forearm.
- Keep the upper body relaxed over the roller.
- Roll the triceps slowly along the roller.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Cover the full upper arm then switch sides.
