  1. Lie on one side with a foam roller under the back of the upper arm.
  2. Set the bottom arm extended overhead.
  3. Stack the legs for balance.
  4. Brace the body on the bottom forearm.
  5. Keep the upper body relaxed over the roller.
  6. Roll the triceps slowly along the roller.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Cover the full upper arm then switch sides.
