Description

The cable high triceps extension uses a high cable pulley with rope or bar attachment. By facing away from the cable and bending forward slightly, you extend the cable forward and down for a tricep extension. The angle creates strong stretch on the triceps long head with constant cable tension.

Cable High Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Set a cable to the highest pulley with a rope or bar attachment.
  2. Stand facing away from the cable station.
  3. Grip the attachment behind your head with both hands.
  4. Step forward and bend slightly at the hips.
  5. Position your elbows pointing forward and tucked next to your head.
  6. Brace your core.
  7. Extend your elbows to push the attachment forward and away.
  8. Squeeze the triceps at the top, then return to the starting position.
