Description
The cable high triceps extension uses a high cable pulley with rope or bar attachment. By facing away from the cable and bending forward slightly, you extend the cable forward and down for a tricep extension. The angle creates strong stretch on the triceps long head with constant cable tension.

- Set a cable to the highest pulley with a rope or bar attachment.
- Stand facing away from the cable station.
- Grip the attachment behind your head with both hands.
- Step forward and bend slightly at the hips.
- Position your elbows pointing forward and tucked next to your head.
- Brace your core.
- Extend your elbows to push the attachment forward and away.
- Squeeze the triceps at the top, then return to the starting position.
