Cable Incline Triceps Extension Instructions
- Set an incline bench at 45 to 60 degrees facing away from a low cable pulley. Attach a straight bar or rope.
- Sit on the bench. Reach back and grip the attachment. Press it overhead.
- Pin your upper arms next to your head. Elbows point straight up.
- Lower the attachment behind your head by bending at the elbows. Feel the deep stretch.
