- Adjust the cable machine to a high position and attach a rope handle.
- Stand facing away from the machine and grasp the rope handle with both hands, palms facing each other.
- Step forward to create tension in the cable and lean forward slightly, keeping your back straight.
- Bend your elbows and lower the rope behind your head, keeping your upper arms stationary.
- Extend your arms and raise the rope back to the starting position, squeezing your triceps at the top of the movement.
- Repeat for desired number of reps.
