  1. Start by lying flat on a bench or mat with your feet planted firmly on the ground.

  3. Slowly lower the weight behind your head, keeping your elbows close to your ears and your upper arms stationary.
  4. Pause for a moment at the bottom of the movement, then use your triceps to lift the weight back up to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
