Cable Kneeling Triceps Extension Instructions
- Attach a rope or cable to a high pulley machine.
- Kneel down in front of the machine and grab the rope with both hands, palms facing down.
- Bring your hands to the back of your head, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
- Extend your arms upwards, straightening your elbows and contracting your triceps.
- Slowly lower the rope back down to the starting position, keeping your elbows close to your ears.
- Repeat for desired number of repetitions.
