  1. Place a dumbbell on the floor in front of you.
  2. Set the hands close together on top of the dumbbell.
  3. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Lower the chest down toward the dumbbell.
  6. Keep the elbows tight to the sides.
  7. Press back up to lockout.
  8. Continue for the working set.
