  1. Set a flat bench in front of a low cable pulley.
  2. Attach a rope or straight bar to the cable.
  3. Lie back on the bench with your head near the cable.
  4. Reach overhead and grab the attachment.
  5. Start with arms extended above your forehead.
  6. Bend at the elbows to lower the attachment behind your head.
  7. Keep your upper arms still and only the elbows moving.
  8. Extend the elbows to return to the start position.
