Cable Seated Close Press

Cable Seated Close Press

Description

The cable seated close press is performed seated facing a cable station with a close grip on the handles. Pressing the cables forward away from the body with a close hand position targets the triceps heavily. The seated position eliminates leg drive and isolates the upper body work.
