  1. Place a low box behind you.
  2. Set the knees on top of the box.
  3. Place the hands on the floor in front shoulder width apart.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to knees.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Lower the chest toward the floor.
  7. Press back up to lockout.
  8. Continue for the working set.
