Suspender Handstand Push-Up
Description
The suspender handstand push-up places the feet in the foot cradles of a suspension trainer in front of a wall. The body then performs a handstand push-up with feet supported. The setup is more accessible than a free-standing HSPU and excellent for shoulder strength.
