Suspender Star Push-Up
Description
The suspender star push-up is performed in a TRX push-up position where the arms sweep out wide at the bottom in a star shape. The wide arm path adds a deep chest stretch and forces the chest to handle the load through a long range. It is an advanced TRX chest move.
