Description

The suspender spiderman push-up performs a suspension trainer push-up while bringing one knee out to the same-side elbow at the bottom. The combo trains the chest, core stabilizers, and obliques. The added instability of the TRX makes this a serious advanced bodyweight move.

Suspender Spiderman Push-Up Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer to about waist height.
  2. Stand facing away from the anchor and grab the handles.
  3. Lean forward into a TRX push-up position.
  4. Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line.
  5. Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the handles.
  6. As you lower, drive one knee up toward the same-side elbow.
  7. Press back up and return the leg to the start.
  8. Alternate sides each rep.
