Description
The bodyweight kneeling triceps extension is a kneeling skullcrusher style move with bodyweight. The lifter kneels in front of a bench and lowers the forehead toward the bench by bending the elbows. The bodyweight load builds the triceps without weights.

Bodyweight Kneeling Triceps Extension Instructions
- Kneel on a pad in front of a sturdy bench.
- Place the hands on the edge of the bench at shoulder width.
- Walk the knees back so the body forms a straight diagonal line.
- Set the upper arms parallel to the floor.
- Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
- Lower the body by bending the elbows toward the bench.
- Stop just before the forehead touches the bench.
- Press back up to extension by extending the elbows.
