Bodyweight Kneeling Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Kneel on a pad in front of a sturdy bench.
  2. Place the hands on the edge of the bench at shoulder width.
  3. Walk the knees back so the body forms a straight diagonal line.
  4. Set the upper arms parallel to the floor.
  5. Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
  6. Lower the body by bending the elbows toward the bench.
  7. Stop just before the forehead touches the bench.
  8. Press back up to extension by extending the elbows.
