Description
The suspender triceps extension uses a TRX or suspension trainer for an overhead-style triceps extension. With the body angled forward and the elbows held high, the triceps extend to push the body upright. It is a great bodyweight triceps builder that trains the long head through a stretched position.

Suspender Triceps Extension Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer with handles at about head height.
- Face away from the anchor and grab both handles.
- Walk your feet back so your body angles forward at the handles.
- Bring your hands behind your head with elbows bent and pointed forward.
- Brace your core and keep your body straight.
- Extend the elbows to push your body upright.
- Squeeze the triceps hard at full extension.
- Bend the elbows to lower with control.
