Weighted Seated Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench holding a dumbbell vertically with both hands.
  2. Cup the hands under the top inside plate.
  3. Press the dumbbell overhead to lockout.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  5. Set the upper arms vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  6. Lower the dumbbell behind the head by bending the elbows.
  7. Stop when the elbows are fully bent.
  8. Press back up to lockout squeezing the triceps.
