Dumbbell Seated Alternate Overhead Triceps Extension Instructions

  1. Sit on a bench holding a dumbbell in each hand pressed overhead.
  2. Keep your back tall and core braced.
  3. Pin your upper arms close to your ears.
  4. Lower one dumbbell behind your head by bending the elbow.
  5. Keep the upper arm still and only the elbow moves.
  6. Pause when you feel a deep triceps stretch.
  7. Press the dumbbell back up to overhead lockout.
  8. Switch arms and repeat in alternating fashion.
