  1. Start by sitting on a bench with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground.

  3. Slowly lower the barbell behind your head, bending your elbows and keeping your upper arms close to your head.
  4. Pause for a moment, then lift the barbell back up to the starting position, straightening your arms.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
