Cable Kneeling Shoulder Press

Description

The cable kneeling shoulder press uses a cable handle pressed overhead from a tall kneeling position. The kneeling stance removes any leg drive while the cable provides constant tension throughout the range. The combination forces strict shoulder pressing with strong core engagement.
