  1. Anchor a barbell in a landmine attachment.
  2. Kneel in a half kneeling position with one knee down.
  3. Grip the loaded end with the same side hand.
  4. Bring the bar up to the shoulder.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  6. Press the bar up and across the body.
  7. Squeeze the shoulder hard at full extension.
  8. Lower with control. Finish then switch sides.
