Equipment Required

- Anchor a barbell in a landmine attachment.
- Kneel in a half kneeling position with one knee down.
- Grip the loaded end with the same side hand.
- Bring the bar up to the shoulder.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Press the bar up and across the body.
- Squeeze the shoulder hard at full extension.
- Lower with control. Finish then switch sides.
