- Sit on the floor balanced on the tailbone with knees bent.
- Lean back slightly with the arms extended out to the sides.
- Brace your core hard.
- Extend the legs straight out and lean back at the same time.
- Open the arms wide as the legs extend.
- Pull the knees back into the chest while wrapping the arms around the shins.
- Squeeze the abs hard in the tucked position.
- Continue the open and close motion with control.
