Cable Reverse Preacher Curl
Description
The cable reverse preacher curl is performed at a preacher bench with a low cable attachment using an overhand (pronated) grip. The reverse grip shifts emphasis from the biceps to the forearm extensors and brachioradialis while the cable provides constant tension throughout the range.

Cable Reverse Preacher Curl Instructions
- Set a preacher bench in front of a low cable pulley.
- Attach a straight bar to the low pulley.
- Sit at the preacher bench with your chest pressed to the pad.
- Drape your arms over the preacher pad with the cable bar in your hands.
- Use an overhand grip with palms facing down.
- Allow your arms to fully extend with the cable below.
- Curl the bar up by bending only at the elbows, maintaining the overhand grip.
- Squeeze the forearms at the top, then lower with control to full extension.
