Cable Palm Rotational Row
Description
The cable palm rotational row is a single-arm cable row variation where you start with your palm facing down and rotate to palm-up at the end of the row. The added rotation engages the forearms and shoulder rotators while still building the back. It is a useful variation for hand-eye coordination and forearm development.
