EZ Bar Deadlift With Biceps Curl

Description

The EZ bar deadlift with biceps curl uses an EZ curl bar to combine a deadlift with a bicep curl. After standing up from the deadlift, you perform a bicep curl with the same bar at the top. The combo trains hinge pattern, posterior chain, and biceps in one efficient movement.
