Cable Kneeling Preacher Curl Instructions

  1. Set a preacher bench in front of a low cable pulley.
  2. Attach a straight bar or rope to the low pulley.
  3. Kneel behind the preacher bench with your chest pressed to the pad.
  4. Drape your arms over the preacher pad with the cable attachment in your hands.
  5. Allow your arms to fully extend with the cable below.
  6. Brace your core and pin your chest to the pad.
  7. Curl the attachment up by bending only at the elbows.
  8. Squeeze the biceps at the top, then lower with control to full extension.
