- Set a preacher bench in front of a low cable pulley.
- Attach a straight bar or rope to the low pulley.
- Kneel behind the preacher bench with your chest pressed to the pad.
- Drape your arms over the preacher pad with the cable attachment in your hands.
- Allow your arms to fully extend with the cable below.
- Brace your core and pin your chest to the pad.
- Curl the attachment up by bending only at the elbows.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top, then lower with control to full extension.
