Description
The bottle weighted alternate biceps curl uses weighted water bottles instead of dumbbells for an at-home alternate curl. The lifter holds a bottle in each hand and curls one arm at a time. It is a strong basic bicep builder when no dumbbells are available.
Equipment Required
Bottle Weighted Alternate Biceps Curl Instructions
- Stand tall holding a weighted bottle in each hand at the sides.
- Set the elbows tight against the sides.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Curl one bottle up toward the shoulder by bending the elbow.
- Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
- Lower the bottle back down with control.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating arms.
