Bottle Weighted Alternate Biceps Curl Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding a weighted bottle in each hand at the sides.
  2. Set the elbows tight against the sides.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  4. Curl one bottle up toward the shoulder by bending the elbow.
  5. Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
  6. Lower the bottle back down with control.
  7. Repeat on the other side.
  8. Continue alternating arms.
