Lever Alternate Biceps Curl
Description
The lever alternate biceps curl is performed on a leverage curl machine one arm at a time. While one arm rests on the elbow pad, the other curls the handle. The alternating pattern increases time under tension on each side and corrects strength imbalances while the machine path eliminates form errors.
