Lever Biceps Curl

Lever Biceps Curl

Description

The lever biceps curl is performed on a plate-loaded leverage machine designed for bicep curls. The fixed motion path eliminates form variability and the machine handles provide consistent grip throughout the curl. The constant tension across the range builds bicep size with reduced setup time.
