- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with one hand palm facing up.
- Place the other hand on the hip.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back at an angle.
- Set the working arm fully extended.
- Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
- Curl the body up by bending the working elbow.
- Squeeze the bicep at the top. Lower with control. Switch sides.
