  1. Attach a single D-handle to a low cable pulley.
  2. Stand facing the cable, holding the handle in one hand with palm up.
  3. Step back slightly to add tension.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Pin your elbow against your ribs.
  6. Curl the handle up toward your shoulder.
  7. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top.
  8. Lower the handle slowly to the start. Complete reps on one side before switching.
