Cable Incline Biceps Curl
Description
The cable incline biceps curl is performed lying on an incline bench facing away from a low cable station. Holding a handle or bar attached to the cable, your arms hang behind your body in a fully stretched position. The incline angle plus cable tension creates strong constant resistance through the entire bicep range.
