  3. Step back to take tension on the band.
  4. Brace your core and set the chest tall.
  5. Keep the upper arm vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  6. Curl the hand toward the same shoulder by bending the elbow.
  7. Squeeze the bicep hard at the top.
  8. Extend back to overhead with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
