Band Standard Biceps Curl

Band Standard Biceps Curl

Description

The band standard biceps curl is the classic two-arm bicep curl performed with a resistance band. Standing on the middle of the band with each end gripped, you curl both ends up to shoulder height. The bands provide constant tension that increases as they stretch, building bicep size with no weights.
