  1. Stand on the middle of a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a handle in each hand with palms facing your body (neutral grip).
  3. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  4. Curl one handle up and across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
  5. Pin your elbow against your ribs throughout.
  6. Squeeze the biceps and brachialis at the top.
  7. Lower the handle slowly back to the start.
  8. Alternate sides each rep.
