- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a handle in each hand with palms facing your body (neutral grip).
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Curl one handle up and across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
- Pin your elbow against your ribs throughout.
- Squeeze the biceps and brachialis at the top.
- Lower the handle slowly back to the start.
- Alternate sides each rep.
