Band Kneeling Lat Pulldown Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead at a high point.
  2. Kneel facing the anchor with both knees on the floor.
  3. Grip the band ends in each hand with arms extended overhead.
  4. Brace your core and sit tall.
  5. Pull the bands down to your shoulders by driving your elbows back and down.
  6. Squeeze your lats hard at the bottom of the pull.
  7. Slowly extend your arms back overhead to the starting position.
  8. Maintain the kneeling position throughout the entire set.
